Please note: Wholesale package prices are not publicly posted. It is customary for Studios, Teachers & Professionals to add a surcharge to the standard pricing to compensate for the loss of income and teaching time due to the attendance at the competition. These fees may vary and are encouraged and supported by the organizers of this competition.

Enjoy some of the spectacular sights of Toronto and the surrounding areas. Whether you’re wanting to see the city’s attractions, go sightseeing, visit Niagara Falls, take in the theatre or enjoy some fine dining, we’ll be happy to help you plan your activities.
Packages do NOT include Hotel Rooms! This is due to provincial regulations that would require room taxes to be added to package pricing if hotel rooms are included. To save you this additional cost, rooms are unlinked from the package price. We’ve arranged special “Can-Am” rates with the hotel, but you must contact them directly to book, modify or cancel your reservations. Book by using the Reservations link or by calling the Westin directly at 1 888 627-8559. Hotel room fees vary depending on room selected. See our Accommodations page for details.
Please send all completed forms and payments in full by June 25. Forms received after this date may be subject to a late fee of $30 per person.
Payment for any Package, plus all entry fees is required for each student, teacher and spectator by the closing date. Any balance that might be due is required prior to the event. Payments made after June 10 must be in the form of Cashiers Cheque, Money Order or Cash. No business or personal cheques will be accepted after this date or at the competition.
VIP seating will be allocated to package holders. Preferential seating will be determined by entries and/or ticket orders received the earliest. Superior seating for holders of “VIP Plus” and “VIP” packages.
Package Cancellations received by July 2 will receive a full refund. Cancellations received after July 2 but before July 11 will be charged a $100 package cancellation fee for non recoverable processing costs. Package Cancellations received after July 11 will be charged $150 cancellation fee. Any balance of Package payment will be refunded. Refunds will be made within 45 days following the event. No refunds for cancellations within 3 days of the event.
