Personalized Early-Arrival Activities

Enjoy some of the spectacular sights of Toronto and the surrounding areas! Join us for an early-arrival dinner for VIP guests this October 2023. Whether you want to see the city’s attractions, go sightseeing, visit Niagara Falls, or enjoy some fine dining – we’ll be happy to help you further plan your activities.

Important Note regarding hotel rooms:

Packages do NOT include Hotel Rooms! This is due to provincial regulations that would require room taxes to be added to package pricing if hotel rooms are included. To save you this additional cost, rooms are unlinked from the package price. We’ve arranged special “Can-Am” rates with the hotel, but you must contact them directly to book, modify or cancel your reservations. Book by using the Reservations link or by calling the Westin directly at 1-888-627-8559. Hotel room fees vary depending on room selected. See our Accommodations page for details.

Deadline:

Please send all completed forms and payments in full by September 9th. Forms received after this date may be subject to a late fee of $30 per person.

Payment Policy:

Payment for any Package, plus all entry fees is required for each student, teacher and spectator by the closing date. Any balance that might be due is required prior to the event. Payments made after September 9th must be in the form of Cashiers Cheque, Money Order, Credit Card, e-transfer (Canada only) or Cash. No business or personal cheques will be accepted after this date or at the competition.

Seating Allocation:

VIP seating will be allocated to package holders. Preferential seating will be determined by entries and/or ticket orders received the earliest. Superior seating for holders of “VIP Plus” and “VIP” packages.

Package Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Package Cancellations received by September 9th will receive a full refund. Cancellations received after September 9th but before September 22nd will be charged a $100 package cancellation fee for non recoverable processing costs. Package Cancellations received after September 22nd will be charged $150 cancellation fee. Any balance of Package payment will be refunded. Refunds will be made within 45 days following the event. No refunds for cancellations within 3 days of the event.

Entry, Release and Accounting Forms

• Please complete appropriate Entry & Release forms for each teacher with Pro-Am students, amateur couples, and professional couple, along with the Accounting Summary (2 sides).
• All participants (competitors & spectators) must sign the release form.
• Include payment for each package plus payment of entries along with any extras.
